While shipping services are included in all plans, insurance coverage can be adjusted based on the actual circumstances of those using our technology. Customers can choose options such as accidental damage coverage and secure remote access/assistance. Additionally, they can choose from three different calibration types to obtain the required service level:
Calibration Option: Verification of hardware accuracy with a calibration certificate.
Calibration and Adjustment Option: Includes calibration, adjustment, and repairs if the system is out of specification.
Accredited Calibration and Adjustment Option: Includes accredited calibration performed according to strict ISO/IEC 17025 requirements, accompanied by a calibration certificate.
